Darwin, the 8.5" fronts should fit.
At worst, you'll need a 5mm spacer.

I have seen this colour on an early dash '85, a 924S, a 944 i saw in a thread here recently (might have been the who's got the most beautiful 944 thread) and an S2, the one Jeremy Clarkson drove on Top Gear.

that's a cool color! looks similar to my mk2 golf's calypso green.

I was always partial to my bare bones CCW Classics, Track Series, w/ anodized/forged centers. They are light, strong, and look nice on the Sapphire Metallic project car also.

i'm running 245/50-16s in the rear, and 225/50-16s in the front. there's some rubbing up front, but none in the rears. most likely i will drop down to a 215/50-16 or so up front when these current tires wear out.
