Default M030 struts

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the M030 strut housings were the same in the 951 and the 944/924s. I have a M030 924s that I want to convert to accept 2.5" springs. I found a set of lower spring perches for 951 M030 struts but the shop that has them wasnt sure if the threaded collars were the same on the two struts. Any help woudl be appreciated!!

944/924s didnt have available adjustable collars for MO30 suspensions factory as far as i know. I know late turbo 951 MO30 S package had the adjustable collars, and the struts were different. Get a set of adjustable ride height collars from www.paragon-products.com and you can run them on your struts w/ 2.5 springs perfectly.

Mine does. Will the paragon kit work on my struts that already have threaded collars or will I have to buy non M030 housings? I just want the cheapest way to convert to 2.5" springs.

The threaded M030 collars just slip off. Replace them with the Paragon ARHK kit and you are done. Then you can use any 2.5" spring you want.
