Default Is my A/C compressor toast?

So I'm gearing up for my Winter projects, first the drivers door replacement and then the clutch. I was putting the car up on jackstands when I spied a pool of nice clean oil right under the A/C compressor. Sigh. So do people rebuild these suckers, or do we just replace them with rebuilts? I did see an eBay business selling rebuilts for $140...

is it toast or just leaking- fix the leak- you could put a reseal kit in it and put new compressor oil in there while your at it.

Looks like just a leak...no odd noises, and it was engaging last I used it. So I'm game to fix it. Where can we get the rebuild kits?
