I may have one. How soon do you need it? I am out of town and it is at home, but I will be home on the 30th.

Got mine on eBay. It took me a couple of weeks to find it.

Good Luck.

Check the Mcmaster Carr catalog for "plugs"...i got one for $1.95 and it fits perfectly....It will not pass as a factory part, but it definitely does the trick.

Check at the VW dealership. It's the same one for a wiper delete Scirocco.

I think Automotion or 944online has them.

Does anyone sell the seal for the rear wiper? Mine leaks like crazy through that hole.

I second the promax for the delete plug, it's a nice piece.

Find a photo of a factory one, take some measurements of the hole, and head out to Home Depot or Lowes.

Rennlist user Jason_86_951 sells them. I have one and it works well and reasonable in cost.

$30 sounds a bit steep to me, but I would have suggested Sunset. I got mine from a wrecked 944 for free... The Home Depot idea also sounds ok, actually... Also, the Scirocco idea is cool too- I'm on a mission now, to find a deeper cig lighter- the female part- radar detectors slip out- was thinking that some Audi or VW part might fit... It's cool finding little things like that that double on VWs...

Hot tip: If you have a parts car or have removed/are removing the interior of an 85.5/86, the plastic plug on the C piller that fills the rear shoulder harness mounting bolt hole is a perfect fit in the hole left by the wiper motor armature. Just source a nut from your nuts-n-bolts tray and you're in business.
