Default Steel control arm bushing question

Stole a few minutes today while the rest of the family was away and got a start on my front end work. No "random difficulty" yet - every nut and bolt came loose easily. I'm putting in new steel control arms, new ball joints, and Welt poly bushings along with all new hardware. My question has to do with the bushing at the rear of the front arm - the one that the caster block attaches to the car. The stock bushing has metal flanges on the end facing front. The Welts do not. It's difficcult to tell what, if any, part of this flange is attached to the old control arm (the bushing sleeve on the inside is rusted to the arm) vs the bushing. Do I need to take the stock bushing apart and transfer any of the metal to the Weltmeister bushings? It doesn't look like it, but I want a second opinion.

No. Just put the Welts in and secure. They don't use any parts from the old bushing.

No. It is a split bushing that fits over the stud coming off the back of the A-arm. When you install the U-shaped piece of metal that holds it in, it makes it very secure. You still have to adjust caster by loosening the mounting bolts and sliding the whole assembly.

Thanks, aribop. Sorry about the lack of pics - old fart/techno-challenged plus non-member (temporarily).
