Ours look the same. Mine had those spacers on them just like yours from KLA. I removed them for spherical bearings b/c I am running w/out torsion bars.

no i mean a friend of mine at a machine shop made a 4" or so spacer that fits around the shock body and made it possible to flip the coilover upside down so the adjustment is at the bottom. Yours should be at the top.

i looked but i dont have any pics of it- i would have to climb up under the car...
