You should be able to re-weld them assuming that they are the tubular steel manifolds. Talk to a competent machine/welding shop. I think even the cast ones can be repaired, if not a bit more tricky.
Make sure when welding the manifold that it is bolted to something to keep it true...welding will heat it and cause twisting, then you'll have a leak at the gasket.
I've got an 87' n/a that had the same problem. I bought the early cast iron exhaust manifold, and put those on. Like M758 said " cast ones don't crack, but are really heavy." I contacted a few shops around me, one just kinda laughed at me, another quoted me $80 to reweld the seam. It just depends on what you think is worth it. I picked up my cast ones from EASY in Emeryville, for $100, I thought its better to go that way, peace of mind that they won't crack. Reading around through older posts, the general consensus is that stock manifolds are just as good as aftermarket ones, not that much horsepower gain for the money that you spend.
