Where is it most likley places to look for gas leaks? I looked under the hood and can NOT smell any gas or see any visable wetness.(FPR looks dry as well as the fuel rail) No drips under the car .I only smell it when car is parked in the garage overnight. I do not smell it after work when parked outside all day.I have move most gas things from the garage(trimmer etc)
EDIT
I followed your suggestions,it turns out the gas filler vent tube had fallen thru the grommet and inside the car!( I never knew there was a vent under the gas flap,or that all those fuel vents were inside the cabin!,Dumb idea!!)Also the T vent connections were loose/slipping off ,I pushed them tight too! I guess we will see if there is any smell in the AM,but i think ive found the problem,I hope.
EDIT
A few weeks now ,I have filled up the car and NO gas fumes!
Thanks for all the help!

Carbon cannister under drivers fender liner is one potential culprit. They lose their ability to absorb fumes over time. This has cured it for some.
If you have no visible leaks the next step is to remove the tank and check the lines on the top of the tank. Not fun, and it is on my list of things to do on my car. Mine only smells when the tank is over half full.

Hey;
There is a little plastic tube with a rubber grommet on the end that drains the gas pocket out through the bottom of the quarter panel. It is notorious for falling off. If you get the fumes after fueling and spilling a bit in the pcoket area, this can often be the cause.

yeah if you pull the hatch carpet there is a panel there you can pull up- its a pain but itll come up if you try- to access the gas line fill tubes- i'm gonna check that drain in the quarter though, our 924s always smells like gas inside...

Finally got rid of my smell (took a bath) and dropped the gas tank and replaced the fuel feeder tube which was badly decayed. I too had most of the trouble with more than half a tank of gas, but all bets were off with the windows down. Something to do with circulating air.

Hey Paul;
Everybody gave you some good ones. I just filled in a common oversight that is easy to fix. Hope it works!
You need a hatch that is properly adjusted, with a good seal too. It's along list!

itll take awhile to get rid of the smell- i checked Erins car yesterday and it had a gallon of water in the quarter!!! PUlled the drain in the quarter and checked the t-connections and they seemed ok. im going to zip tie them just in case they are leaking and i made sure the hose drain was pushed alittle farther through the floor.
