now that you mention it....yeah...ill have to test exacty where its at...but there is some surging when im not flooring it but getting boost.

FWIW, I had those exact same fuel lines on my car for about 6 months. Ended up having to replace them after they burned up in my engine fire 
Edit: btw, mine weren't leaking either as of the day before the fire.
