If the system is dead...as in not a peep even comming from the lock actuators then you may want to start with the procedure that I believe is on Clark's Garage. It certainly can't hurt to take the interior panel off and see if you can easily see what the problem might be...when messing with these locks definately do it with the door in the OPENED position so if something goes wrong you can fix it without having to deal with getting it opened the way I had to!

JayVee, I left the glass attached to the lower channel. The window will come right out by removing
the short roller channel towards the rear of the door. Then just rotate the window and pull it off the
rollers on the regulator. It can be a real PITA to reinstall! Patience and persistance!
