Winterizing my car so I can store it for a couple of months. I use jack stands to change the oil and when I went to slide my jack under the car it wouldn't fit! Must be at least 3/4 to 1 full inch lower. Is this normal or am I due fo a new pair of shocks?

Maybe it just settled a bit more than usual, may not be 'bad' shocks. If you bounce it a bit does it come back up?

It is adjusted pretty stiff and is almost impossible to "bounce" as it will barely move when I push down on it. It drives very tight. Long answer to your question but no, it doesn't bounce. I don't exactly know when the PO put the Koni's on it and I owned the car for two years. I just never jacked it up in cold weather before.

try increasing air pressure in the tires...

Yeah, check the tires, 1 psi drop for every 10 degree temp drop.
