Default Door question

So one of my neighbors decided to back into my car and dent in the passenger door. It ruined the ide molding and put a basketball size dent in the door. How are the doors in these cars put together? Can I replace just the outside panel, or do i have to replace the whole door? Im asking because I have on of the "SE" 924s that have manual windows and locks and no passenger sideview mirror. I dont mind adding a mirror, but I do want to keep the manual locks/windows. Thanks!!

The door is one assembly, outside skin and frame spot-welded together, the outside skin is not really replacable.

outside skin is replaceable if you take the door to a body shop. They can cut off the old panel and use a seam roller to crimp the new panel on- happens all day long at body shops. May have fun trying to find a door skin though....not sure.

Can I swap my manual window parts/locks into a new door shell?

I'm sure finding a good used door (for a reasonable price) won't be too difficult. I seem to recall some threads about converting power windows to manual a while back.
