Crowfoot.
I think it's a 36mm or something big like that. If you don't have a crowfoot, go buy one.
I actually got the oil pressure sender off using a stubby wrench and scraping all my knuckles. A $15 crowfoot (or a set of them) is worth your time and blood.

sorry to hijack, but I have had this light brown coolant issue recently when the weather started to get really chilly. I am in Montreal by the way and it gets cold as f**k up here. I figured my 20w50 castrol gtx was too heavy for the weather. The oil presseure idles over 3.5 when completely hot and almost always at 5 when the car is running. When the engine is cold it idles at around 4. Should I use a lighter oil, like 5w30 or am I looking at head gasket/oil cooler/cracked head? Thanks in advance.

Well its out! What a PIA! It would of been easier if I had taken the sway bar off before. It will come off tomorrow morning after I make a run to Sears to swap some broken tools & buy some more of course.
Thanks all!
Thanks all!

Just out of curiosity...
Did you try and clean out the coolant reservior? If so, did it clean easily or was it still kind of smeary? If it cleaned easily it's probably no big deal. I have heard that coolant can just do that after a while, and ignored such a problem on my old Jetta for years. If it's smeary, then yeah, it's oil...

Well the cooler was covered in thick milkshake. I pluged the ends and ran hot water over the cooler to clean it off. Few minutes later it looked brand new. Housing I cleaned out with a towel & carb cleaner. Now it's time to tackle the block and clean it off then it's time to put it all back together. Hopefully will have it done in a few hours.

Make sure you pressure test the oil cooler radiator.
Most of the time the seals go bad, but I have had the radiator spring a leak and I had to do this job twice back-to-back..........

getting it back together. Dont have the alignment tool though. Went to grab the OPRV and the kids must of bumped the table. I have the 3 piece OPRV. Does the spring seat inside the 3rd piece or does it sit against the closed end?
Next time this needs to be done it's going to the shop!

I think the spring goes inside. Try it though, it will only work one way. I tried doing it the wrong way first and I couldn't close everything up - I fixed the spring and everything fit together finally.
