Default Fix a dent in hood.

OK, well im the worst person ever.
Last night while waiting outside my friends car for some people to arrive, I thought it would be a good idea to sit on the hood of his honda civic (hes not a ricer, he just happens to have a civic).
I sit on my hood all the time, so I didnt think anything of it, and when I got up there was a dent about the size of my *** in his hood.

I feel like a total dick, and I want to fix his hood.
I was thinking about laying down a towel or something and use an industrial strength magnet to just pop it back out.... ??? sound good?

I think the dent is a bit too big for that pops-i-dent or w/e the hell it is they used to sell on TV.

Any ideas?
Thanks!!

Yeah kinda OT. However I have popped big dents like that with a toilet plunger before. I slipped on the ice once walking up to the door of my beater minivan and put a 14" round dent in the driver's door with my shoulder while falling. When I got home I put some soapy water on the door and stuck on the plunger. You can guess the rest. It left a little 2" crease but overall it was much much better.

If your friend's car isn't crappy you might hunt up a nice hood the correct color in good shape.

yea, if he has an eg or ek civic, a hood will be like 50 bucks, 100 max. I assume you tried pushing from the back side already?

BTW, don't sit, lean on, or breathe on Civic body work, its pretty thin.
