Default 3 HVAC/ventillation issues

I'm currently expereinceing three different issues:

1. Recirculation button only engages 2/3 of time, and I can hear it clicking on and off as I drive, but only some times

2. I'm not getting any heat when I adjust the ****. I do get heat when I use the defrost button - so when it's cold, I'm either able to get no heat or a tremendous amount!

3. After replacing 2 relays ("X"/G-14 and G-12) yesterday (for instrument cluster gauges) and removing and reinstalling cluster trim, blower does not seem to be working properly - not sure if there's a relationship there, but it worked flawlessly before. It now works intermittently and only for short periods of time. Sometimes, a bump will cause it to turn off or on, and sometimes there seems to be no reason? Doesn't matter whether I turn blower **** or use defrost button on that one.

Any help with any of those would be greatly appreciated as it's starting to get COLD!!

I'm new to these cars (944/968) but from what you said (and if it was American) I would say you control head is going bad. I would start by pulling it and checking all the elec and vacuum (if it has some) connections
