Default Can you check for bent valves through intake manifold holes?

I think I have bent valves on 2 and 4 due to 0 compression, and would like to know 100% that they are screwed before I rip the head off. Is pulling the head the only way or can you see to an extent how things look through the intake ports?

do a compression test-if they are not seating then you will have no/ low compression.

A leak down test will tell you exactly where the air is leaking!
