Conrats on finishing up. I too just got the head back on the BMW today and will finish all the connections hopefully after work this week. On the BMW you have to install it with the intake and exhaust attached unless you cheat. That makes the issue a 2-man job. At least I turned the M20 crowd onto the Saturn studs/copper nuts, same sizes and it makes the job so much easier but still no fun at all.

stick a folded up piece of paper in the throttle stop to put the revs at about 2.5K and let the car sit there until the thermostat opens, the bleed the system. jack the front of the car up when you bleed the system, this will let the coolant displace the air in the back of the motor (around cylinder #4)
