it's possible, takes a lot of different components, it's not just parking a turbo'd motor in the cavity and unless you have a lot of time/money, can do the work yourself, you're better off buying a turbo to start.

Your gonna get flamed.. I don't know why people don't have the paitence...but if you search here and pelican you will find some info. But just becasue its a porsche doesn't mean it requires a ton of money. You should upgrade the brakes and suspension.

If your goal is to make a turbo 944 instead of a 944 Turbo you can do it on the cheap but if you want to make a 944 turbo just sell your na and buy a 951.

I'll tell you one thing, make your life easier and buy a 951 xover pipe, cut off the stock turbo flange and put on a t3/t4 flange. Buy an oil cooled only tubo. Saves some headache. Actually I'll tell you another You can hook up a greddy emanage to a 944. Get a late DME/AFM......

Read his question little more carefully. He says he wants a turbo with the early dash. So...the obvious solution is to buy a 924 Turbo.

But he also wants a car that runs more than 10% of the time; now a Calloway would be cool though.
