Default Got guages?

I've been working on a track dash trying to figure the best way to install some guages, zt2, etc after removing the lower half of the dash and all a/c and heat and happened to see this in the next lane yesterday. An interesting approach to say the least.....

(Some food for thought for ya Jim...ha ha!)

That car just beggs to be pulled over/broken into...or at least will be watched like a hawk.

Fart Can Exhaust - 15HP
20" No-Name Aftermarket Wheels & Tires - 10HP
Rear Wing - 5HP
Mis-matched Side View Mirrors - 2 HP
Very Dark Window Tint - .5 HP
Extra Loud Bass Radio System - 20 HP
More Gauges Than a NASA Space Shuttle - 5 HP
"Cool" Antennae - 2 HP

Add that up and that Neon really starts to perform.

It must be rice gauges that show his current level of pimpness, hotness, and bling factor with that center tailpipe.

Matt,
I have to make some corrections to your math...

Fart Can Exhaust - 15HP
20" No-Name Aftermarket Wheels & Tires - 10HP (-15 HP since they are bigger and heavier than stock)
Rear Wing - 5HP
Mis-matched Side View Mirrors - 2 HP
Very Dark Window Tint - .5 HP
Extra Loud Bass Radio System - 20 HP (OK, good for 20HP , but extends breaking distance by 25ft)
More Gauges Than a NASA Space Shuttle - 5 HP
"Cool" Antennae - 2 HP (-10 hp ...-5hp for each overly thick wind resistive antennae)

Geez Keith, where did you find that one? We need to get together and put some guages on our cars like that.

It was going down Fairview Road..... and up Fairview Road.....then back down....up, down, up, down........bouncing his kidneys on every pebble.... indicating as much care to the suspension as the rest of it. No, thumping stereo though. I was disappointed.

Richard, pm me on the reason for the move to Asheville!

That is an impressive amount of gauges. Honestly i would be 100% impressed if they were all hooked up right. I hope he upgraded his alternator with a higher output unit with all the current draw to run those .

Fast in a straight line, incredibly bad everywhere else...

~70/30 F/R weight distribution = bad handling and massive understeer

Um.. I wouldn't say incredibly bad everwhere else.. The TBD quaife is very nice on FWD, and with some suspension upgrades they are very competitive in the corners..
