While the trans is out, this is a great time to change the trans fluid (if you are anywhere close to the change interval). Draining and re-filling is a snap when you can tilt it on its side.

Alot of people has been telling me my old clutch more then likely has the rubber center. To me, it looks exactly like the new Cup disc, and i thought the regular disc had 6 small springs. The old disc has 4 large springs just like the new one. Any idea?

You don't have the rubber center. I don't think any 951s had a rubber center. When I did my 86 951 clutch, the old disc also looked exacly like the new cup disk I was installing.

Did you see my earlier post regarding resurfacing of the flywheel? Just want to be sure you get a proper resurface job.

Yes, i took the flywheel in to a machine shop today to get resurfaced.
So was my old disc the 951 cup version?

mine had the four springs too...i guess the cup style is just stock? Not sure what the six spring version is- maybe that was the s2 stock clutch or something, but i think they had rubber centers as well....

Got the flywheel back from the machine shop. They had to take .011 thousands of the surface. No hot spots and it looks nice and straight. Only thing left to replace is the pilot bearing, rear main seal then everything is ready to be put back together

Its been a week since the tec worked on the car and today he made some progress. He only did about 2h of work but managed to replace the rear main seal, pilot bearing, clutch fork bearings, install the throw out bearing to the pressure plate, put it all together and bolt it to the engine. It looks like everything will be ready to go by friday, cant wait to drive it to see how the new clutch feels, and how the new exhaust sounds

Antonio, new parts look great! I am sure they will sound good too. Had my car back on the road yesterday. Sure was nice to be driving again after it spent about a month on jackstands.
