looks a bit like my engine did when I picked it up from the PO (well, except for the obvious detail that mine came with an intake manifold, etc...)

Did you coordinate with your ingition wires? The synergistic principle is in full effect. Not a great photo of the set up, but you can tell it would be fast.

See, that must be my problem.

I only have black plug wires. 3 of them to be exact. I pulled the 4th one off (the longest one and thus the heaviest) and threw it away to save some weight. I think I saved 3.2 oz.
