Great find Tom, thanks. Finally a truly authoritative factory spec.

I think I have all those tech notes on a CD somewhere I got when I bought the PDF shop manuals but I don't think they ever made it to my laptop. Now I think I'll look at them more closely.

I used to have a complete set of paper manuals in the factory binders for the 914/914-6 and the 928. I had all the tech notes stuck into the binders. Right before the web became a big thing I sold them to a Porsche shop in Portland for $650. Two years later I replaced them with PDF's (a whole lot easier to haul around) for $25 a set. One of the few things I've ever made money on...
