Default Clean black 944 interior

I have a 1988 944 that I am thinking about removing the front and rear seats as well as the rear cargo mat. Slowly turning her into a track car.
What are these items worth if they are in near perfect condition? The only flaw that I see is a very small stitching that came undone on the passenger seat. Very slight wear on the drivers seat. Is it worth selling or just keep it in storage so if I ever sell the car, I can put it back in?

If the seats are leather they can go on ebay for $600+. Rear seats seem to go for around $100 for the top and bottom, and the rear cargo mats are around $70ish+. Those are all without shipping.

Of course I know that if I upgrade my seats I'm going to keep the stockers around and make some brackets to use them as chairs inside the house, like they did on that one top gear episode. It'll probably make a sweet gt4 chair...
