The problem with dumping on an ebay jerk in their rating is that they always also give you a bad rating....and it makes you look bad...so you're held hostage, kind of.

I have had good luck on e-bay, except.... the 924 turbo that is still sitting in the back yard. I have listed it 3 times, and all 3 times, something always happened to the buyer that they could not get it. One guy even paid for it, didn't hear from him for 2 months. Called and said he had a wreck coming to get it. Didn't go for it at first, then he faxed me the copies from the hospital. He was in for 2 weeks with broken and crushed stuff!!! I refunded him his total amount.

If the guy is that hell bent on getting his money back, make him send it back on his dime and refund his money minus ebay and paypal fees as well as the shipping to him. These auctions are binding contracts and if you advertised it accurately, he has nothing to bitch about and should never have bid in the first place.
If you did that you would be bending over backwards (in my mind) to make the situation "right" (in his eyes).

well i mean i guess the picture i put in there didnt show the bow that the radiator had to it but the fans fit, it doesnt leak- so whats the BFD right? put it in the car. I think the problem was more like he had an early car and bought the wrong radiator.
