Gambling is a great way to lose money without making your car better.

hmmm.....this probably coming from someone who has never gambled right?

I have a plethora of opinions on this ranging from everyday life is a gamble (i.e. getiing in your p-car and driving on the freeway) to the fact that Poker (a form of gambling) can teach you analytical, statistical, and other skill and abilities which are useful in the business world when your trying to negotiate a large deal and your wondering if the other team is willing to call your bluff that your production costs cant be lowered by another 10% and so on.

Besides some would say that losing money in Vegas is expected and is just the cost of having this type of fun.

AND you dont always lose...........in fact I have made a substantial amount of money gambling and as most people know there are many who gamble for a living..........more than you would expect........you just dont see them on TV all the time but they are able to make a living gambling.

woops....sorry for the rant.

Statistically, if you play a game to a neutral outcome, you will still lose to the house. There is juice in all the games they offer, some more than others.

Any commited passenger photographers? I wanna see if i am actually doing a good job. That and I wanna see some pics in tough driving! Hmm. This coming weekend. I will be at a party instead. Can't eat there either , but at least I can hang in the shade we call San Francisco fog.

I am in no way saying I am any good at all at taking pics. It's just that I dedicate most of my attention while Arash was driving, so I had an advantage over the rest of you. I am getting better though...

Heh, I'll definatly agree with the advantage part. Taking pics while driving is almost as distracting as text messaging while driving. Don't ask why I know that.

i shall lead you.

Roger's probably never been there, but he should know, as all mexicans have mexican restaurant radar.

and occasionaly the power to conjure up a random mexican restaurant.

my dad has that power, it's pretty hilarious.

"I think we should stop for a taco"
"we're in EUREKA, there's not even any mexicans up here, what are you talking about, dad?"
"watch.....just watch"

lo and behold, we turn a corner and there appears a taco truck.

my mind is forever boggled.

anyway- the mexican place is La Fiesta on Alhambra Blvd in sac. it's close to the freeway, so it's basically on the way for anyone headed home on 50, 99, I-5, 80, etc.

i hope ole Esteban doesnt mind that i'm setting up an after-run lunch meet........

not exactly BBQ weather.

besides, i dont have room to park all you damned people

and La Fiesta is faster.
