Default Need a picture...battery tray

I am taking my 951 into a body shop this up coming week to address a rusted battery try. What I need to see is the placement of the inner battery hold down bracked. The one against passanger fender is fine, the inner one broke off and he is going to weld it back in place, but we need to see its placement.

Thanks in advance.

Fine, Here you go. But I need a better shot of the right side, where the cables are. Can you "pull your cables out of the way?"

How about these pics?

My wife just asked what I was doing in the garage. I told her I'm swapping pictures of my battery tray for nudie pics. She left the room shaking her head...

It has been a while since my battery has been mounted firmly at this point. I do not see where the inner mount braces the battery from your picture. What holds the battery in place?

Here is a pic for your efforts.

There is a mounting tab with a hole in it that fits down over that bolt that the cables are attached to. The mounting tab clips down over the extended bottom ridge on the battery.

[A brunette this time please....]

Ah. That is perfect. I thought that piece had broken off and not that is was supposed to be removed. Though that would make sense. Thank you a ton....

Per your request. Bribery goes a long way I see.

Just make sure they don't fubar the drain.
If I were at home I could post picts of common rust points and the results.
