951 Cabriolet Experience W/Pics!
I got into VA late last night and I went straight to sleeep.
To say the VERY least the car was a BLAST. This is my best car by far. It handled well, everything felt soo tight and solid. When you hit boost with the top off its such a great feeling. MAnnnnnnn what a rush. If youve never been in a 951 cab, youre missing out.
Thanks to everybody who helped put this together and thanks to everybody who believed in us. Thanks to Nine-44, Nick G, Caster944, and thanks to everybody who is buying parts off the wrecked car. Dan did this out of the goodness of his heart, and hes only getting money from the parts car. So if you havent bought anything off that car, go find something and buy it! Hell even if you need a spare turn signal relay, just buy something!
And biggest thanks to Dan (Xsboost90). No one else would have done this for me. There isnt anybody else on Rennlist who would invite me into their home to stay, and then assemble a car (and fix everything that was wrong with it! Pan gasket, exhaust leaks, stinky interior, body damage, etc.) in a really small time frame. This isnt the first thing Dan has done for me either. I was amazed at how patient and how well Dan did the whole swap. He would be having trouble with something, and instead of getting all pissed, we would make jokes and it made everything bearable.
Oh well off to catch some more ZzZzZz's! Thanks everybody!
