Default Help Identify the line in the picture.

Can someone identify the steel line in the picture closest to the camera. On the far top righthand side of the picture is a rubber hose that is loose. The picture is taken from the front passenger side of the car. There was no fluid in the line.

Nope, that is part of your emissions/fuel purge/charcoal canister system. It is a vent line to the tank (i don't know the fancy emissions term). And yes, that rubber hose is how they came from the factory. I have removed all that stuff off my 951, but I don't deal with emissions.

I know you didn't ask, but may I comment on your jack stand placement? I wouldn't feel comfortable under the car with the jack stand placed there. I would move it to the frame:
