Definatly doing Sunday -- Possibly doing Sat -- but will drive down on Sat for Sunday anyway if we don't run.

I think we have met -- Tim (my son) has been running my Bamboo S2 in the AX series and I've been running the 964 Targa. We normally hang out with the other 944 guys.

OT: I wonder if the car # 959 is taken

Oh, and my name is Ashkan (Osh-Con). No problem in forgetting it, it's not like I drive a p-car (yet?)...

Jerry -- I still need to get you that P9201. Just let me know when is good. I'm splitting time between LA and Berkeley, but generally back in town once a week.

Hey, if anyone in the area ever need any timing belt tools, just give me hollar. I can also recharge AC.

Put it in your signature -- eventually we'll remember (rather than referring you as Arash's brother).

Count me in for sure guys, just let me know where I can meet up with you guys. Andial951 asked about my ride, so here is a pic of my "Ugly Duckling" - 83 944 virtually stock.

I might be able to make it depending on whether or not my car is out of the shop and is good to go for a long run. It'll definitely be one of the ugly duckling NA's though, for now anyways.

Froby, glad to hear you're in! I love early 944s, we have 2 of them! That's a cool color on yours.

If I can spare some time tomorrow or wednesday, I'll head out and look for a good meeting place. It will probably take me all day since I don't have a really good map, and going around with just a compass isn't as foolproof as one would hope.

Chris, I don't know. It's red, after all. Plus, with a chunk of the console missing, it's super-lightweight. Joe, I have a 609 license and gauges, but I need some help getting a r12 system running again. It has been unused for years and is probably fully discharged. I personally like r134, but I understand it's easier to stay with r12, so what would you do? Refill or retrofit? What kind of oil should I use with r134 and r12?

as far as a beater "other car", that would mean "runnning"? hehe ... i guess my only running car (bmw) will have to suffice to be able to join you guys. I also don't do pork, but I can bring tortillas y cerveza if need be.
Here's pcar #2 currently at the start of an engine change.
