Welcome! Excellent color choice!

I find most S's come equipped with a bunch of factory options. Something to do with the fact that the upgrade was very expensive (from the NA), and most buyers had the $$ to add all the comforts to the car. Check your option codes in the owner's book, or under the hatch carpet!

And get a new tensioner if it hasn't been replaced. $250 buys you peace of mind with these 16v cars!!

I need to run the options on my "S", the only thing that sticks out in my mind is that it has power locks.

Speaking of tensioners, make sure you check the timing belt tensioner too.
Mine was not up to par. I've had 3 belt failures since I've had the car ('94).
One failure at 12K, one at 20K, one at 2K before we discovered the problem.
My mechanic says Porsche has no belt tension reading for cars with the tensioner
in the factory manual. When he replaced mine, he took a reading so he can
now check other cars with the timing belt tensioner. BTW, my belt failures
were not back-to-back. It was very intermittent often going 30K or more on a
belt with no problem. It was the failure at 2K that made us look more closely.

Thanks for heads up. I'm having the timing belt ajusted and the cam tensioner replaced asap.
