Default Sunroof Seal Replacement

i'VE GOT A NEW SUNROOF SEAL FOR MY 86 951, ANY TIPS ON REPLACING IT?? (IT'S TEH ONE ON THE ROOF SECTION, NOT THE BODY?) DOES IT HAVE TO BE GLUED ON?

Pull off the old one, fit the new one and trim it. Just be careful not to cut it short. That's it.

You don't need to SHOUT!

No glue necessary for that seal, but if you have some, it wouldn't hurt. Maybe just some silicone or something simple.

If you notice squeeks after you put the new seal on just dampen the seal with some silicone and all will be well.

Actually, make sure you cut it a tad longer than necessary because they tend to shrink. If it doesn't you can always cut it again later. If it does and you cut it too short, you're left with a gap.
