Default What are these piston markings?

I need some help ID'ing some pistons. I don't know much about the history of the car and took the head off today to check things out. Attached are the marking I found on all the pistons. The picture was taken from the passenger side.

Are these stock or did I get an early X-mas present?

They are stock! I think the KS is the abbreviation for the german company that makes them, I dont know how to spell it. The arrow points to the front of the engine on all pistons for installation. Not sure about the other marking.

You won yourself a trashed block if you don't clean out the bits of metal from when you cleaned the tops of the pistons. You really shouldn't clean the tops of the pistons while they're still in the engine.
