Default oil Pan Baffles

So finally, almost a week later, I'm ready to drop the oil pan. Has taken me forever, no time off from work and only a coupe hours each day to work on it . Anyways, my "new" oil pan that I bought from 20th street here in Phoenix looks great, except that plastic baffle is busted in one spot, on the very top, looks to be about a 1'' hole. Should I be very concerned about this?

Do you track it? Do you have a photo?

No I don't track it, I want to eventually do some Auto-X and maybe a little track, but by then I'll probably replace the baffle with an aftermarket one.
I need to finish this job today, so I'm going to go ahead and put it in with a chip missing from it.
Its around the top of the baffle on the edge, the part that prevents thw oil from slinging all over the crank, or so I'm told. Oh, and I don't have a camera with me my blue tooth adapter for my phone, I'll take some pics with my phone and post them when I get back from LA next week.

I had a broken plastic baffle when I removed my oil pan. I would strongly suggest you DO NOT reinstall the broken baffle. The amount of time it takes to get to the oil pan isnt worth putting in a broken part that costs less than $100. In addition to replacing the broken factory baffle, the lindsey baffle makes a nice addition.
