I think you did a great job. I worked on mine for several 8 hour days and never could get it to fit to my satisfaction. So I sold mine and went in another direction. Tip of the hat to you.

I have the spoiler, just haven't mounted it. The side pieces don't have the bolts so if you have that part I'd be interested.

I'll get you a picture showing the bolts attached to the trim piece shortly. If you have the side trim pieces, you can try to glue in new bolts at the attachment points. You might need to cut off the screw head if its too thick and prevents the trim piece from sitting flush.
What I would do is put the trim piece and matching gasket on the hatch where you believe it should be positioned and place on mark on undersurface of the trim piece, thru the attachment hole in the hatch frame, to ensure you mount the bolt in the correct position. You can see that the holes in the hatch frame are somewhat elongated to allow for some variability during mounting.

so- the 951 hatch has the holes needed to make the brakets? I remembered this thread when i was installing my hatch but couldnt find it. I have the steel sitting on my bench to make these brakets- what did you use to attach them? Does it bolt through the glass? I may swap my stock hatch back and make the brakets as my 968 hatch is all scratched up in a couple spots.

the stock 951 hatch already has holes at the point where you need to attach the metal tabs. the tabs attach using screws, I used the same size metric ones used to attach the 951 black rubber spoiler just shorter. you will need the appropriate tap to create threads in the tab. see the first post in this thread for details.
