Default Rough finish under doors.

I was wondering what the material was on the panels under the doors on my 951. I ask because there are a couple of chips I would like to repair properly.

The bumpy stuff? I'm told it was some sort of protective thing. Rock guard or something.

You mean the stuff on the side skirts? I am not sure but it looks to be part of the side skirt, I don't know how you would be able to fix it.

it's Rubberized undercoating. you can buy a can of it from a company called "Wurth". it's great stuff. spray on, and if need be, it's acting as a primer. on the 924's, it was left black... so when mine fades, I just mask, and spray. it's nifty.
