Default Brake Pad - 86 vs 87

Hi, I have a set of brake pads for an 87 turbo. Will these fit my 86 turbo? Since the offsets were different, I was not sure if the brakes are different or not?

The pads from '86 - 88 are the same front and rear including the non M030 968's. The '88 Turbo S, '89 Turbo and M030 968's had the big blacks up front and a much larger pad. The rear pads however are the same.

Does anyone know the minium thickness the rotors need to be after resurfacing?
