Kinetic is like 5 mins from me Have they given you a quote on the exhaust and crossover? Jeremy there used to have a 951, sold it for a Supra

And is Ians the one that sounds like a big deep fricken V8 at idle?

I didn't ask for a quote, and I'm not going to. I know it's gonna be at least $1200 and probably more like $2000cdn after taxes. The materials alone are pretty expensive but the labour on the downpipe and crossover/wastege area is what jacks up the cost most.

I've thought about just getting a lindsey or sfr 3", but Ian's exhaust is seriously in a whole other league.. and doing the custom stuff I want done will make the car sooo much easier to work on.

Rich,

Looks great as usual. If you still have the templates...would you be willing to make copies? I would like to finish my rear seat buckets/hatch area with the same material. I am tired of looking at the bare white.

Thanks, they are just up the road from me! I know Shaun a little bit too. I have seen lots of their VW/Audi work in the past and always have been impressed.

Thanks for posting the pics of Ian's set up, looks very very good!

Cheers

BTW I like the back jacked up a bit, gives it a muscle car look to it with the rake. You could tell people it's for high speed stability to maintain more down force at speeds above 240kph!

You're lucky in one aspect Rich, RS looks sweet and has a personal meaning to you. 968 DW doesn't have the same ring as RS!

We have a club member with a 964 RS America... I keep telling her it's really MY car cuz it has my initials on it, but she's not buying into it...

Looks really nice, the fabrication on the exhaust looks top notch. One small question, where did you manage to find the center caps with no logos? I prefer that look to painted logos or embossed logos.
