Question turbo for me?

how hard would it be to put a turbo on my nonturbo 924s?

easiest way take 951 x over pipe, oil filter sandwich to run oil feed/return, oil only cooled turbo, 951 i/c and piping, and megasquirt (or something to control fuel/timing) but there is more involved..

The best way to do this is to buy a smashed 951 with good mechanicals.

Everything will bolt in.

My 924s weighs 2470 lbs.

first thing you gotta do is get the right sized turbo for your application.

Basically, if you are really into your 924... Get a 951 and literally steal every part out of it including the ECU and wiring harness.
