as to carrying,
I just keep a set of those SAP gloves in my glove box. They just look like driving gloves and pack quite a whallop.

Blood mountain. That is a fun stretch when your hiking the Appalachian trail. I've never had more miserable rain then on that stretch of trail. Glad I didn't meet these guys on the trail.

I had the same thing happen to me the other day when merging on the highway in my 94 Volvo. This redneck in a blue Ram wouldn't let me in and realy was being a dick so I honked at him for all of 1 sec. The guy got pissed pulled into the passing lane cutting someone off and then veers over and slams on his brakes in front of me. Then he pulls off at an exit waits for me and then speeds down to catch me again. Unfortuanately I have all of 100 h.p. so no chance in getting away. I don't understand what is wrong with people. BTW, it always seems like they are driving Rams.

Texas just clarified the rules on carrying concealed handguns in the car - now you can do it without the CHL, but the firearm must remain in the car - can't take it in anywhere. Anyway, I always carry - rather have it and not need it than vice versa......

My business dosent require handling money or anything important, but that has nothing to do with carrying a weapon. I love the looks I get at the range when double tapping my 19 . In the words of Mr T : "I pity the fool..."

Opeth: Why do you get looks when double tapping your Glock? Is rapid fire not allowed on the range or something? Not trying to be an ***, just curious about the range you shoot at. Also, if you haven't tried IDPA, you should. It's been several years since I've done it but keep meaning to get back into it.

hehe, the range I usually go to is crowded with kids and old people (Shoot Straight) in apopka ... theyre busting out .22s and old revolvers mostly, alot of newbies and people from europe who have never shot a gun. A few have cheap automatics but my 19 is pretty custom, 3.5lb trigger with a few other goodies Roadrage is rampant in central florida, since I drive alot I need the pieve of mind.
