Default Wet autox last weekend (pics)

More pics HERE if you want to check them out.

What a crazy day. Thats the first event that I have been to that it rained that hard. Ended up doing pretty well against the pack in the little NA that could.

My first experience autocrossing it rained like hell, it was an autocross school. Was probably the best enviroment to learn car control in.

One reason i love it when it rains out is because all of the top cars that usully run slicks have no advantage. So everyone is on an equal playing field.

Yeah, I was like 2.5 seconds off of FTD on about a 60 sec course. FTD was a GT3.

Anyone have a S2 or a 968 they want to sell? I will get FTD with a 944 NA series car. I am not stopping until I do.

I don't know of any such place but I guess I've never searched for one either I always go by the old principal that says that if they make one it's gonna cost a lot, if they make many, it's gonna cost a lot less. Si I'm thinking that if I go to such a shop they'll ask a fortune to make just one, won't they?

I dont know, I guess it would be too easy to "loose" it, I like pushing the car to almost it's limit but in snow that limit is too close. Anyway I 'd never drive it in the snow

I made it myself...

You get a sheet of vinyl and an exacto knife.....

But seriously.. if you want one let me know and I will zip one out for you. Only catch is you have to pay for shipping and sport a little rennbay window decal as well.

So, I'm walking in the mall today, in clear sight of the Washington Monument, and I hear a voice from behind me..
Vas is dast? Rennbay.. Ist Porsche?
A few words exchanged, mostly misunderstood by a language barrier but the point was made.
"Ball Joints" was completely mistaken by the puzzled looks on the man's face.

Yes Travis, Rennbay is now known by the Germans thanks to my "Rennbay shirt wearing self" in Washington DC today.

The Rennbay legend grows into Europe.. j/k

Nice pics buddy!
