Yup, not too hard. There are 4 bolts holding on the existing ac/alternator bracket. I do eveything from up top on my turbo, i remove the AFM and air box, and the intercooler pipe to the throttle body....full access now. Remove your belt tensioner (both PS and the alternator belt), remove the alternator and AC from the bracket. Remove the 4 bolts holding the old bracket on.

Once everything is off, attach the alternator to the AC delete bracket BEFORE you attach the bracket to the side of the block. The alternator bolt is long enough that it will not allow you to install it after the bracket is in place. I can't remember if it his a hose or the fan assembly. You just need to start it, you don't have to crank the bolt tight yet. Then bolt the bracket to the side of the block. I would use a small dab of blue locktite to keep everything from moving. I am including standard hex head bolts, I tried using allens in the past, but with the locktite and limited access for a good allen wrench, I stripped on removing the bracket for some other work, and had a heck of a time getting the bolt out with a visegrip....hence the standard hex head bolts that I use now. Once the bracket is tight, you can put on your belt, put on your tensioner and tension it, then tighten down the big long bolt that holds the alternator to the bracket. Install the PS tensioner and upper intercooler hoses, etc if you removed them.

Heck, for $100 including the bolts and belt, I'll take one of those bad boys. What's the Paypal address for payment?

Yes, it drops it down to the old location of the AC compressor, so it can use the tensioning rod to tension the belt.
