17x13 rears - back spacing 8"
Centers are Polished then Black Anodized (cost $250/wheel additional) - it literally looks like black chrome, a very deep finish.

Forget the wheels. I wish I had that widebody 89 951.

You should post the wheels on the 911 Classifieds section of Pelican if you haven't already.

I have posted them there, thanks for the suggestion. In that state, a rennlist'r dmoffitt owned the car. Now Skip Wolfe has the chassis, and I stole most of the suspension, and another rennlist'r (944 fanatic?) has the engine.

Was the car dismantled? If so - why?

That's dmoffit's car isn't it? What happened to it? I remember a while back someone said he took it back to stock or something?

Yes, it was dmoffitt's car. 944 Fanatic has the engine, I have the transaxle, brakes, suspension, hatch and wing, and Skip Wolfe has the chassis. I'm trying to unload the wheels, that's all that is left.

Keep in mind also, you can get these rebarreled by Kinesis to 17x10.5 from 17x13. I am unsure of the cost though.

I bet those would be a whole lot easier to keep clean than my f'n Fikses. How much do they weight, and anyone have any guesses as to how much work I'd have to do to my rear quarters to get them under the skin? I don't want to go to the full blown wide body kit.

If I did this, I'd have a set of Fikses FM10's (17x8.5 and 17x10, late offset) available.

Regards,

Man, I have been out of the Porsche scene for too long. I was just about to say, "you mean 5x120?" BMW bolt pattern..

Anyways, nice wheels and good luck with the sale.

oh god Fm10's are my wheels man. I love those. I also wouldn't getting the wheels picture above. I dont know if they would fit on my 88 though. I realize my car is last offset but, can I fit a 335 tire in the rear?

if so those wheels are great looking and the black would go well on my white car. hehe

No John, 335's wont fit. You'd have to add flares like the Kelly Moss 968T or Guns' 951. I'm willing to deal on these though, need them gone!
