Yep, it'll be here before we know it..........
I may have some of the Ohio contingent talked into coming out there this year......no absolute commitments yet, but folks in three additional cars at least thinking about it. It is really hard to describe to people how nice the area is and what a great time it is.
My brother just changed jobs, and I'm not sure if he'll be able to get time off to come back with me or not.
I haven't booked a room yet, but I flipped over to the KCWS forum and saw that some of you are already doing that. So maybe I'll just go ahead and do that too.
I saw that there was some consideration given to having a banquet room for the banquet on Saturday in case the turnout gets bigger? Might be a good idea...
It'll be good to see everyone again....and Nick, if you see this........I'll be bringing that beer paraphernalia for ya'!

Kerry and I will be there. It's the closest thing to a vacation we'll be getting this year, such are our schedules (mostly hers) this year. We'll be the interlopers in the black Bavarian machine.

Hey all! We are ready to go! Please register here http://www.kcws.org/form for the event. Just helps us get a head count so that we in the Jello shot contest know how many shots to make! Well, amongst other things we need to prepare for. Like how much beer to bring, and how many to get into the old tyme photo, and how much beer to bring, and how much space we need for the car show, and how much beer to bring..... You get the idea!

Meh, ok it may look like i was being lazy, but actually i spent lots of time on their website trying to find the dates! it wasn't in the registration forms, on the forums i couldn't find a post about it! the fact that i didn't read this post was an oversight, and for that i greatly appologize. lol anyways i wouldn't be able to make it for friday (well maybe friday night) but saturday (if i can request off from work) and sunday for sure. should i fill out the registration form even if i'm not 100%?

Friday night is no biggy if you miss it. It's dinner and then usually an after dinner get together back at Tan-Tar-A. Saturday is a blast and it only gets more fun as the day goes on! The registration is so that we can make the appropriate reservations. You can fill it out and then at the end you can leave a note and let us know that you are not 100% sure you can make it. But try! You won't regret it! Please let me know if you have any questions!
