Loved your blog. Unfortunately, most of the work is between me and the car. Defintely replacing the hoses to the ICV before reassembly.

Hey MBC, clean the air stabilizer really well while you are in there, I regret not doing that... my line replacement helped idle a lot, but I should have cleaned the damned device more.

You're going to love the 2 cheesehead bolts that go through the bleeder pipe, the head, and into the block. Other than that and cleaning the surfaces, it wasn't a boring or difficult job. Manifold bolts and studs came out nicely for me.

The head of the bolt isn't the problem, they go right by a cooling passage and tend to freeze into the block. You can't remove the head easily with the broken studs stuck in the block. My car needed helicoils.
