Default What did you do with the fader?

Ok, so we know virtually no one still uses the front-rear stereo fader that's on at least the early 944s... So what did you do with the leftover fader or the hole from where it was?

PO set it up to turn on remote hidden radar detector that lit up extra LEDs behind the central warning light for the alert. Totally stealth for back when CT was a no radar detector state.

Nothing. Retired (switch) in place, or for those that like acronyms RIP.

I have the front four speakers wired up to go into that fader, and an additional two rear speakers use the rear spkr lines from my stereo.

Threw in a blank switch cover since the fader melted. Put in a beefier fader where the cigarette lighter used to be.

Mine still works but you are right, I never use it. Set it and forget it.

Where can I get a blank that fits the later interior fader spot? I was screwing with it the other day, and the fader spot is different from the normal switch spots, so those blanks dont fit.
