Here's the deal. I live in Vancouver, Canada and won an E-bay auction for some really nice 15" replica Fuchs rims with Pirelli tires (with 80% tread left) that come from Oregon. I was under the impression that the owner could meet me near Seattle for me to pick them up to save some hideous shipping charges to Canada. Turns out he can't do it.

He's gonna get a quote on shipping to the US/Canada border but I know it's gonna run around $150US! Sooooo, so as not to tarnish my E-bay rep/rating, I'm offering these (possiby) to anyone that wants to drive to Portland, OR and pick them up for $500 even for the whole set. This is a pretty decent deal I feel as they look to be quite nice and with newish tires. I will know by Saturday if the shipping is reasonable but I expect the worst...and I simply can't fathom driving 4-5 hours each way simply to save on the shipping...as much as I love a nice trip in the fofo!

I can hook you up with a Seattle run... I can pick the wheels up locally to save you the shipping. If you want to pay the gas bill I'll happily escort some fine Fuchs to meet you for a beer or three up in Seattle some sunny saturday. Still will save you some loot.

I have too many wheels already though, in fact waiting on more to arrive, so I am not interested in buying them for myself though... courier duty only.

Nobody wants some nice repli-fuchs? They are still up for grabs if anyone wants them.

On a side note - I have a set of BBS rims (with Porsche caps) with excellent Pirellis and ROHs with well used Falkens available locally (Vanc, BC) if anyone is in the market for early offset 16s. They are both 16 X 7 and 16 X 8 with 23mm front offsets and 11mm rear. I'm looking for $650Cdn (or approx. $550US) for the BBS set and $500Cdn ($425US) for the ROH set...prices are negotiable.
