thank you all for your more than generous comments
to answer some questions: yes the front lip area is scratched and dinged up, but nothing that a little bondo and new paint can't fix(within the last year i have learned how to paint.) The final price ended up to be $7,999.00. So im very happy with the deal that we found.
Will the GT lip that i see many turbo's with fit an N/A front bumper? or are there any others made for the N/A?
I hope to soon fill out those rear fenders with some serious rubber and play with the suspension although im very pleased with it as it stands.
more pictures soon.

love it.
i'm a firm believer in that the most fun you will ever have is in an early 944.
maybe not with one that costs 8k, but still.
nice car. very nice car. kind of a polar opposite to what my first 944 was like, but oh well. still fun.
take care, and watch out for idiots that arent paying attention. 944 body parts are pretty expensive nowadays.
