Default My car was in a movie! Again!

EDIT: New pics in a new movie on page 2!

Hey guys,

As you may or may not know, I work in film, as an On-Set Dresser, for Set Decoration. Up until now I've worked on smaller films mainly, except last summer when I worked on the remake of "Wickerman" with Nicholas Cage, that will be coming out this summer. These smaller films have been Movies of the Week or as we call "MOW's", produced for Lifetime Network.

The downside to smaller films is that they pay far less than Union shows...but one big benefit is that the crew is smaller and generally friendlier, and everyone works as a team.

Because they are lower budget, sometimes they will ask crew members to donate the use of their names, themselves, and sometimes their CARS to use in the background of the film.

For a while now, I've been trying to get my car in one of my movies, and finally last week I did! I was hoping it would be in a shot for longer, but you will clearly see it in one of the shots. We were filming bank robbers fleeing a bank who are caught in an FBI sting operation.

In any case, I'm pushing to represent our cars, and will continue to do so!!!

PS Notice my prop Illinois plates! And the fact my rear bumper is off, because I'm in the middle of deleting the bumper pads...

They make movies in Vancouver!!?? lol Nice shots man - way to represent the breed! Car looks really well kept and clean. Out of curiosity, when the rear pads are removed doesn't it leave holes? I assume you're getting them filled in and painted?

F-dan representing Deutschland, ja! Nice work! Next time convince them to use it as a special police persuit car. Then put on white doors and sunroof, and some lights, and you got one bad-*** movie cop car.

Friendan,

Keep a close eye on the car and the script writers....we surely do not want those stunt folks to blow up your car, crash it into a swimming pool, side swipes her against a guard barrier.....

Thanks for sharing the pics

I like the iceshark decal being rep'd.

I once had my 928S in an episode of walker tx ranger
$50bucks for a driveby.-then they did not use the scene
They pay'd $50 for the day(me as an extra) and another $50 if they used your car.
