SS Fuel Line Fittings

SS Fuel Line Fittings
I acquired some SS fuel lines for my 951 and need the fittings to connect them to the hard lines. Can anyone tell from the pictures what fittings I need to make these work, and where I can get them?

you need the metal sleeve/feral and the nut that goes over the fuel line and compresses the feral into the fuel line against your ss lines.
im not sure where to get them though, when i looked over mine, they were much beefier than the regular brass fittings you would find at a hardware store (I work at ace hardware)
they look to be Lindsey Racing lines, i would contact them and see if you can get the compression ends needed, i would imagine they could work something out with you for that

You need one 8mm and one 10mm compression fitting, with compression ferrule. Lindsey sells these separately on their fuel lines miscellaneous page.
Edit: you will have to cut the hard metal lines back to the fender well, so unless you have a mini pipe cutter you should pick one up too. Don't use a hacksaw or similar as it will deposit metal shavings into your fuel lines. Best to drain fuel from the lines by disconnecting the fuel filter and draining what fuel is in the lines that go from the back of the car to the front.

I had looked at Lindsey and e-mailed them and these are what they have:

But it would cost $56 for the pair which is crazy. Plus my ends are a male fitting and the Lindsey ones pictured go into a female fitting. I think I just need the nut & ferrule in the 8mm & 10mm sizes. Any ideas where I can get them?

I checked NAPA, but they don't have the metric sizes. I haven't had any luck searching the web either. Any other ideas where I might be able to find the nut and ferrule for the compression fitting?

do a local search for "orbital welding" , "instruments" , "pipe fitting" etc.
i work mainly semi-conductor industry , or pharmacautical . but at the moment i'm in norway on a gas terminal . if you have any of these near you , you'll get them there .
