Default NEED injectors for 86 944

i have been unsuccessful finding injectors for this car. i look at ebay everyday and have only been able to find some for the 85 which i guess arent the same. Is there a different model of car or something i can look ino to get these? i am having other problems with the car and instead of paying $100 per injector, i would like to get 4 used good ones for $50 shipped or something.
if anyone knows a yard or someone, anything
you can respond here or email me

Unless they are physically damaged or the coil is shorted, just send them out for a bench cleaning - they'll come back like new, new o-rings and screens. It's like $12/per.
Do a google search on "fuel injection service" + your zip code and you'll find a local place. Otherwise there are a couple of places people on the list have used in the past - you can search the forums for details.

found a place that may do them, i have to call back. The injectors basically flow freely, but i am not sure that anything is physically damaged or not

I have 9 late injectors 8 of which are matched. If you want to buy them, they are straight pulls so they will need cleaning and I am unsure of the milage. I think that they cost me $10 each.

Let me know.

well, i found a place that will do em for $25 each. i guess i will just do that as they will be as close to perfect as they can get for a $100 rather than buying some used ones that may do the same thing in a month or so.

The reason that I got mine in the first place was to have a set in the car so that there was no downtime, for $40 you may consider it as an option. I can get you part $'s in the meantime. Also if there is one that is not rebuildable for whatever reason you have extras to send.

www.witchhunter.com does a great job from what I have been told.
